How do I cancel my order?

Go to YOUR ACCOUNT, select the order that you want to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. We will send you an email to let you know if the cancellation worked.

Once the order is processed for shipment, you will not able to cancel the item. Once you receive the item, contact our Customer Service team and they’ll do the rest
